The purpose of the job is to provide support and advice to Employees and Line Managers of the business area on all HR issues, with particular focus on Employee & Industrial Relations, Labor Low & Administration, Staffing and Learning, Recruitment, Change Management, Performance Management, People Development.
This role supports Line Managers in identifying and implementing of projects aimed at executing and sharing corporate culture.
In addition, this position is in charge to coordinate, for Italy, the Local Communication and the Managerial Trainings.
The position interfaces closly with Ferrara Directors and Line Managers, Unions, External Consultants.
A Day in the Life
- Support and advice to Employees and Line Managers as primary contact for all inquiries regarding Human Resources issues
- Manage and support the Staff in applying of Labor contracts, Unions agreement and local practices
- Manage and Support the Employees and Supervisors for contractual documents on terms and condition of employment from hiring to retirement.
- Mange the relationship with locally Trade Unions.
- Manage the relationship with Factory Doctor
- Provide HR reporting data of headcount, absenteeism, over time ect.
- Support and advise Staff to manage Corporate HR policies as Performance Management Succession Management, Promotion.
- Manage Recruitment and Development programs.
- Coordinate the managerial trainings for Italy
- Coordinate the local communication for Italy
You Bring This Value
Education:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Economics or Law and Human Resources Management or Occupational Psychology
Work Experience:
Solid HR fundamentals and broad-based experience in HR, including employee relations and knowledge and understanding of Italian Labor Laws.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ (or 4 years’) experience in Human Resources.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Languages/Skills:
Italian and fluent English
Proficiency working in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Digital savvy
