Establish, implement and coordinate the necessary processes for the operation and improvement of the QMS, aligning it with the business processes to comply with ISO standards. 

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and keep the group of internal auditors trained and updated on ISO standards to ensure proper performance of audits.
Monitor the performance and control of QMS documentation to ensure that the required documentation is in place to achieve customer satisfaction through business processes and ISO compliance.
Plan and execute the internal and external audit program to verify compliance with company requirements.
Coordinate and receive audits from customers, certifying bodies or corporations, to provide the facilities for the development of the audits.
Review and follow up on documented corrective and preventive action responses under QMS to improve the organization.
Coordinate internal laboratory audits under the ISO IEC 17025 guide, as well as report and follow up on corrective or preventive actions derived from it, in order to maintain certification in this guide.
Respond to customer information needs related to the QMS in order to provide the service.
Report the status of the QMS to management in the defined periods, to keep informed and keep the QMS aligned to the company's strategies.
Perform and/or Support in supplier audits to ensure reliability of supplier supply.
Support in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing Tools (SMED, Standardization, 5's, Problem Solving) to improve the productivity of the operation.
Provide information and when necessary support to other plants of the group, in the reporting of QMS indicators for intercomparison of performance and progress of their operations.
Detect development needs in the work team according to the job description and market needs.
Guide and accompany the team (individually), in the development of the competencies and/or skills required in the position.
To put personal safety first in any activity required in the position.

Min. Qualifications

Industrial Engineer or equivalent

Requires knowledge and professional experience in:

ISO 9001,14000 and TS Quality Management Systems, Certification as Lead auditor in ISO standards, Statistical process control, Handling of document management software (web page design/development), Problem solving tools, Lean Manufacturing desirable (SMED, Standardization, 5's, Problem solving, Microsoft Office.
