HR Advisor

Basic Function

This position is to implement and align HR process and deliver HR service in the areas of talent requisition, compensation and benefit, performance management, employee relations, training and development, employment and onboarding, HR information system and other HR services and projects, ensuring all the HR initiatives are performed in accordance with corporate guidelines while balancing the specific needs of local manufacturing operations, and compliance with company policies, labor laws and regulations, continuously monitor and improve employee engagement by facilitating and working on employee engagement actions.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.    Commitment to Goal Zero. Ensure safety awareness in every area. Including finish HSE training and BBS goal.
2.    In charge of recruiting activities and all employment-related initiatives. Maintain effective recruitment channel/activity to ensure the manpower needs. 
3.    Conduct comprehensive review of local HR procedures, global HR OE standard and governance, align consistency and improve effectiveness among sites.  
4.    Facilitate and implement whole process of performance management. Provide 
information and training, promote a better understanding about this process from manager and employee. 
5.    Strengthen HR service delivery model, enhance employee relationship and engagement actions. Facilitate and partner with management team to develop and implement action plans and HR projects based on needs to drive high levels of employee engagement.
6.    Coordinate and deliver talent review and succession planning, annual training and development actions to support  organization talent pipeline and organization capabilities. 
7.    Manage HR operation including the day to day HR process and activities for both Dongguan and Nansha Site, employment, transfer, onboarding, exit, employee relationship case management etc; HR system data validation, reports management and HR relevant records management.
8.    Co-work with site leader team to enhance company EVP, DEI culture promotion.

Min. Qualifications


  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource or Labor Law is preferable.

Work Experience:

  1. More than 2 years working experience in manufacturing site as HRBP role.
  2. Familiar with shift attendance and labor hour data analytics, good at training program facilitation and culture enhancement activities.
  3. Rich experience in labor compliance, employee engagement and talent development.
  4. Reach experience in manufacturing direct labor’s recruitment.
