BASIC FUNCTION

工作的目的是协助和支持EP PAD工程师完成产品开发，内容包括:

  1. 在规定时间内协助实验线生产技术员或独立完成样品的生产、包装、入库等工作；
  2. 在配色工程师协助下独立完成颜色配制，管理色粉，色板和颜色配方；
  3. 协助实验线生产技术员对外来样品及产线设备备件进行管理，现场5S以及设备的维护。

The purpose of the work is to assist and support EP PAD Engineer in product development, including:

  1. Assist the Labline technician or independently complete the production, packaging, warehousing and other work of samples within the specified time.
  2. Independently complete color preparation with the assistance of color matching engineer, manage color powders, color swatches and color formulas;
  3. Assist the Labline technicians to manage samples and Labline spare parts, on-site 5S and equipment maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (in Chinese)

1. 遵守公司安全要求，正确佩戴合适的PPE。严格遵守各项工作规程（WI），达到零事故安全操作。

2. 具备较高的配色能力，对颜色敏感，熟悉色粉种类及使用技巧，熟练操作配色工具如注塑机、测色仪、标准灯箱等，能在配色工程师的协助下独立完成颜色配制。

3. 负责管理色粉、色板和颜色配方，及时向外部输出配色成果。

4. 负责根据样品配方向仓库领取原材料，并根据配方配比完成称量、混料和投料等准备工作。能独立操作双螺杆挤出机及失重式喂料器，完成样品的生产、包装和入库，同时记录和反馈生产过程的工艺参数和结果。

5. 协助实验线生产技术员对外来样品和产线设备备件进行管理，确保数量和放置位置准确无误，并保持货架及库位整洁有序。

6. 协助实验线生产技术员生产工作，例如清机、领料、混料、生产、打包等，以及维护实验线现场5S。

7. 协助维修部门对实验线设备做好预防保养，对实验线设备备件进行管理。

8. 根据PAD和商务的要求，完成取样、包装、后烘等工作。

9. 服从PAD工程师的其它机动安排。能根据PAD工程师要求调整工作时间已完成生产任务，包括加班、早中班和可能的夜班。

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (in English)

1. Comply with company safety requirements and wear appropriate PPE correctly. Strictly abide by various work procedures (WI) to achieve zero-accident safe operation.

2. Have high color matching ability, sensitive to color, familiar with the types of color powder and usage skills, proficient in color matching tools such as injection molding machines, color meters, standard light boxes, etc., and can independently complete color preparation with the assistance of color matching engineer.

3. Responsible for managing color powder, color swatches and color formulas, and outputting color matching results to the outside world in a timely manner.

4. Responsible for receiving raw materials from the warehouse according to the sample mixing, and completing the preparation work such as weighing, mixing and feeding according to the formula. Can independently operate twin-screw extruders and weightless feeders to complete the production, packaging and warehousing of samples, and record and feedback the process parameters and results of the production process.

5. Assist Labline technician to manage samples and Labline equipment spare parts, ensure that the quantity and placement are accurate, and keep the shelves and warehouse positions clean and orderly.

6. Assist the Labline technicians, such as clearing, picking, mixing, production, packaging, etc., as well as maintaining the on-site 5S of the experimental line.

7. Assist the maintenance department to do a good job in preventive maintenance of the Labline equipment and manage the spare parts in Labline.

8. According to the requirements of PAD and business, complete sampling, packaging, post-drying and other work.

9. Obey other maneuver arrangements of the PAD engineer. Ability to adjust working hours according to PAD engineer requirements to complete tasks, including overtime, morning and middle shifts, and possibly night shifts.

Education

大专（含）以上学历，化工相关专业。

College degree or above, major in chemical engineering.

Work Experience

1. 3年以上配色相关工作经验，对颜色敏感，熟悉色粉种类及使用技巧，能熟练操作配色工具如注塑机、测色仪、标准灯箱等。

2. 1年以上塑料挤出生产经验，熟悉各种塑料的共混加工工艺，能独立操作双螺杆挤出机及失重喂料器。

3.能熟练操作各种塑料检测设备。

 

1. More than 3 years of work experience in color matching, sensitive to color, familiar with the types of color powder and usage skills, and proficient in operating color matching tools such as injection molding machines, color meters, standard light boxes, etc.

2.More than 1 year of experience in plastic extrusion production, familiar with the blending processing technology of various plastics, able to independently operate twin screw extruders and weightless feeders.

3. Proficient in operating various plastic testing equipment.

1. Technical skills: basic safety awareness and experience in chemical industry and materials, relevant experience and theoretical knowledge of color matching, knowledge and experience in operating Lablines (twin screw extruders) and injection molding machines.
