Track Specialist

Basic Function

Responsible for the effective and efficient completion of Track daily process.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Track Contract OA Administrator 
• Interprets service contract language and correctly configures Track software
• Reconciles rates and costs adhere to negotiated outline agreement or rate sheet.
• Reviews and processes daily override request, ensuring contract compliance.
• Ensures compliance of Track work processes, procedures and standards
• Analyses and resolves discrepancies and complex issues through documentation research and/or direct contact with vendor, purchasing, accounting, and LYB supervision.
• Primary focal point for vendors.
• Document and escalate vendor and /or Track system issues to Track Business Owner.
• Assigns skills/ schedules and completes change requests as needed for vendor management
• Ensures daily settlement for assigned vendors.
• Analyses Import allocation files and work with vendor to troubleshoot errors.
• Monitor timesheet rejections and quickly drives to resolution.
• Mentor / Trainer for LYB Track Specialist team, develops other specialists ensuring knowledge transfer of Track standard work processes and procedures.
• Drives innovation – seeks input and involves others to develop and implement creative ideas in Track process efficiency 
• Effectively manages the daily operation of Track activities for all service contractors utilizing the Track system.
• Ensures Track policies and procedures are followed.
• Daily operation of Track.
   

Min. Qualifications

• Manufacturing Industry experience 10+ years
• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of SAP, Track, and EXCEL.
• Understanding of financial accounting, payroll and / or audit principles.
• Understanding of commercial contract language.
• Position must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Apply systemic thinking; understands how decisions and actions of Track impact other areas in the organization.
