Job Location

BASIC FUNCTION

The purpose of the job is to work with sales to compile supply Volume based on sales demand and production resources to create production plan according, as to make sure continuous supply to customers & optimize site facility utility. Work with the stakeholders such as DB to make sure on time supply of raw materials, to control the inventory level & reduce aging, lean the inventory structure  to optimize the working capital.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Make monthly production plan according to sales forecast, stock and delivery time.
• Work with PAD and site process engineer on Shop order and recipe control
• Work with site other departments to forecast production schedule
• Work with site other departments to forecast production schedule
• Response to FG and raw material supply crisis
• Off-Spec. and slow-moving finished goods treatment
• Regular related reporting
• Completes other work arranged by Manager

PERSON SPECIFICATION (1.1)

Education:

Bachleor Degree (Junior college or above) with logistics related field or chemical background is preferred 

Work Experience:

1. 3 years or above experiences of planning from global manufacturing company.

SKILLS:

1. Good command of MS Office (excel), experience of ERP(SAP is preferred)
2. Work hard, self- motivated, patience, good team work, strong sense of responsibility and willing to work under pressure
3. Good communication skill

Languages:

1. Good written and oral communication in English, Mandarin.
