Color Technician

BASIC FUNCTION: (基本职能)

The purpose of this position is to assist color engineers in color masterbatch development, including:

• Color testing

• Sample production

• Sample testing

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: (主要职责与责任)

1. Drive GoalZERO HSE performance and behaviors through active engagement and employee involvement, aligned with corporate standards and expectations.
1. 通过积极参与和推动员工参与，促进GoalZERO HSE绩效和行为表现持续提升，并确保符合公司标准和期望。

2. Assist color engineers with color masterbatch development activities in line with customer demand, the business plan, and market trends.
2. 协助配色工程师开展色母粒开发相关工作，确保开发活动符合客户需求、业务计划及市场趋势。

3. Prepare masterbatch samples within the lead time required by customers.
3. 在客户要求的交付周期内完成色母粒样品制备。

4. Conduct sample testing according to instructions and provide reports to PAD engineers.
4. 根据相关指示开展样品检测，并向PAD工程师提交检测报告。

5. Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in daily work.
5. 在日常工作中保持良好的现场管理，并落实5S标准。

6. Perform all other duties as assigned.
6. 完成上级安排的其他相关工作。

PERSON SPECIFICATION (任职资格) :

Education:
教育背景：

1. Secondary school education or above; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
   中专/高中及以上学历；本科及以上学历优先。

Work Experience:
工作经验：

1. No specific requirement; one year of relevant color masterbatch experience is a plus.
   无特定要求；具备一年及以上色母粒相关工作经验者优先。

Licenses & Certifications:

1. None required.
   无特殊要求。
