Roles and Responsibilities

 

  1. Manage the day to day  Activities include line start up, changeovers, Weighing scale verification ,labeling ,weighing, sealing, stitching and Stacking.
  2. Assure daily operation is in line with HSE requirement.
  3. To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of IATF 16949: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 Standards.
  4. Ensure Zero error in weighing of FG & reduce pellet loss.
  5. Support in maintaining relevant documentation as per the IATF 16949:2016 standards.
  6. Performs the duties of the Handover in the production department.
  7. Hazardous waste disposal - Follow proper documentation.
  8. To support that the Environment management system conforms to the requirements ISO 14001: 2015 Standards.
    1. Awareness of the environmental policy;
    2. Awareness of the significant environmental aspects and related actual or potential environmental impacts associated with their work;
    3. contribution to the effectiveness of the environmental management system, including the benefits of enhanced environmental performance;

Education

Diploma/ ITI 

Work Experience

Minimum 1 - 2 year related experience

Skills and Language

Skills: Should have good knowledge in MS office.

Language: Basic English skill.
