Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Ensure daily lab activities comply with HSE requirements.
  2. Complete timely testing of PPC & MBS products, including incoming in-process and final inspection.
  3. Preparation of Blown film samples & molding specimens as per standard.
  4. Perform daily verification and basic maintenance of lab equipment.
  5. Conduct Process and Product Audits as per plan.
  6. Maintain housekeeping and 5S in the QA Lab, Blown Film and Sample Retention areas.
  7. Support incoming raw material testing and supplier report verification.
  8. Support NPD trials and maintain testing records.
  9. Authority to stop production to correct quality problems & ensure conformity to product requirements.
  10. Comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements and complete MIS reporting.

Education

Batchelors Degree

Work Experience

  1. 2 years laboratory testing working experience.
  2. Working in plastic manufacturing industry is a plus.
  3. ISO/IEC 17025 certified Laboratories experience is preferred.

  4. Knowledge of quality system is necessary, such as IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015.

Skills and Language

Skills: 

  1. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QC data-entry systems.
  2. Familiarity with basic QC tools such as Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto, 5 Why, etc.
  3. Basic knowledge of quality data analysis and reporting.

With common English skills in speaking and writing
