BASIC FUNCTION:
Executing purchasing activities within defined authority limits, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services while strictly adhering to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical practices. Drive culture of team work and cross functional collaboration along with competency of “Build partnerships, Deliver Results, Drive Innovation, Grow Capability & Promote Inclusion”.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Follow HSE guideline
2) Manage RM stock levels, to delivery on times and efficient transport utilization
3) Manage RM stock levels as per 40 DOH to avoid overstock and stock out of raw materials
4) Prepare the Raw Material review file & conduct weekly review meeting with business
5) Create Purchase Orders & share to suppliers
6) Track orders and ensure timely receipt of material
7) Maintaining ethical relationship with Supplier & Monitor Supplier performance
8) Strong Coordination to be maintained with Internal, and External WH, GPU & SCM team and Clearance/ILR Team
9) Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation;
10) Plan & execute the interunit transfer of RM as per the requirement
11) Ageing RM review frequently
12) ISO : 9001 : 2015, IATF 16949 : 2016, EMS 14001 : 2015 and MIS reporting (daily, weekly and monthly)
13) Completes other work arranged by Management
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Education:
Degree-holder, preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Work Experience:
- More than 3 years relevant work experience in the SCM, procurement sector management, procurement of foreign company work experience is preferred;
Critical Competencies/Behaviors:
- Work hard, self- motivated, patience, good team work, strong sense of responsibility and willing to work under pressure
Skills:
- Good negotiation skill
- Good command of MS Office (excel) and experience of SAP
- Good analytical skill
