Basic Function

Roles & Responsibilities

Convert forecast FC1 in RM requirement sheet- on monthly basis. Email on monthly basis before dt. 03 to HOD & site planner.

Forecast FC1 Volume (MT) per month vs current month order Placed + Opening stock + orders in transit – Target % not less than 75 % or greater than 125 % consider to business up-down. Monthly tracking through MRN.

Manage RM stock levels as per 40days DOH to avoid overstock and stock out of raw materials

Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Coordination to be maintained with Internal Wh, External Wh, SCM team and Clearance Team 

Maintaining ethical relationship with Supplier & Monitor Supplier performance

Create P.O. raw material requirement maintain data forecast vs placed orders.

Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation;

Maintain import & local material order tracking sheet on daily basis for orders status & highlight if any delayed delivery & import shipments.

ZERO No. of cases in production stoppage due to wrong material delivery date in SAP system, impact on production .

Follow HSE guideline

Support activities related to Finance and Tax department with respect to data preparation, cross checking, finance  calculations and submission of documents to the finance department in time.

Coordination with Site Planner, Procurement &      Supply Chain for smooth function of material receipt

Support the Logistics Manager in inventory management activities

Follow requirements of ISO : 9001 : 2015, IATF 16949 : 2016, EMS 14001 : 2015 and MIS reporting (daily, weekly and monthly)

Completes other work arranged by Manager

Min. Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor in Plastics/Chemical Engineering with major in Business management or supply chain

Preferred Qualifications

Work Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct (Raw material and Packaging) procurement preferably from multi-national Plastics/Chemical company.
2. Experience in internal trading, import customs clearance would be added advantage.
3. Other logistics experience (planning, raw material purchasing, inventory control , customer service ,warehouse and waste disposal management) would be an added advantage.
