Basic Function

The APAC Product Specialist, MBS is responsible to drive Product portfolio & pricing processes and ensure smooth operations, define synergies opportunities and continues drive business intelligence improvements across APAC.  

1)    Providing pricing supports to the Sales, PAD & NDB (if available) 
2)    Prepare monthly pricing list & spot quote request. 
3)    Manage pricing mechanical logic and format, optimize pricing process where is needed.
4)    Implement monthly pricing check/audit and sales data analytics, to improve margin management.
5)    Raw Material movement Tracking and forecasted the future selling price trend. 
6)    Review product portfolio bi-yearly basis together with PAD to inactive obsolete grades in SAP & maintain portfolio listing. 
7)    Support Business lead for business review Reports. 


This role also would require to work closely with functional team especially finance, commercial, PAD, GPU & site in the APAC regional. 

Roles & Responsibilities

1)    Prepare monthly pricing list for APAC MBS  
2)    Pricing quote support to Account Manager.
3)    Implement the monthly pricing check
4)    Performance regular data gap analysis
5) Drive Cost optimization improvement 
6) Review product portfolio bi-yearly basis
7) Other business support eg: price increase preparation, quarterly business review preparation, etc.

Min. Qualifications

Education:
•    Diploma, University degree or equivalent in business subject.

Work Experience:
•    3 years in pricing / sales support related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills:

  1. Strong Excel Skills 
  2. Quick learner on IT systems
  3. Knowledge on costing

Languages:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese is an advantage.
