Basic Function

We are looking for a Product Manager placed in Åstorp, Sweden.
The Production Manager is leading the daily operation teams together with three team leaders.
The position has 18 direct reports to lead and motivate on a daily basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintaining costs within the agreed manufacturing budget, meeting reliability targets and KPIs.
Continuous improving safety quality and efficiency performance.
Make reports of the production efficiency and statistics.
Be a forward, driven leader and support your staff.
Diligent user of computers and programs due to daily administration.
The Production Manager is part of the Swedish Operational Steering Group and report to the Plant Manager.
You will work with your team to be compliant to HSE regulation and rules to achieve GOAL ZERO Targets.
Furthermore, you should be able to ensure production is cost effective and achieve related reliability targets.

Min. Qualifications

Education
*Bachelor's degree or higher educations.
*Or relevant experience and knowledge.
*English written and spoken fluently.

Work Experience
*Min. 5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferably plastics industry, but can consider others)
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Experience of lean manufacturing process is an advantage.

Working Experience.:
*SAP
*Microsoft office program.
