IT Product Site Partner Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

This senior level position reports to the Director, Manufacturing & Procurement Product Teams and will be responsible for acting as an advocate for the Product Teams, managing key manufacturing leaderships relationships.

This individual will partner with IT Product Team managers to manage the overall backlog of manufacturing demand.   The position interfaces with site manufacturing leadership, and will build and maintain relationships and interface regularly with site leaders and IT Product Teams and COEs.

Specific areas of responsibility and influence include:

• Acting as advocate to the Product Team
• Sensing demand for manufacturing products and submitting to Product Team
• Assessing and supporting user adoption and value realization for digital solutions
• Communicating product team backlog and priorities to plant leaders when applicable
• Participating on A90s or project activities representing Product Teams
• Escalation point for Field Services related matters
• Participating in Product stand-ups

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent
• 12+ years professional experience in an industry environment
• Experiece with key manufacturing processes
• Ability to effectively communicate with site leadership
• Self-confidence to express views regardless of the audience
• Delivers difficult messages candidly and respectfully
• Collaborate well across IT and Manufacturing 
• Drive results thru cross-functional partnerships
• Facilitates effective collaboration
• Build strong relationships and build trust
• Partners with the business to understand their challenges
• Delivers superior customer experience thru agile teams dedicated to solving problems
