The PMO / Integration Process Manager is responsible for coordinating the development and execution of action plans necessary to integrate significant business transactions into the Circular and Low Carbon Solutions (C&LCS) business. The PMO / Integration Process Manager will achieve these plans by driving accountability of functional groups from within and outside of the C&LCS business and will track and report progress toward achievement of execution timelines to relevant stakeholders on a routine basis.  

A Day In The Life:

  • Integration Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders within C&LCS (senior management, business development, operations and planning, business finance) and outside of C&LCS (Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and others) to develop and execute comprehensive governance and integration plans for acquisitions, new joint ventures, and high value/impact commercial arrangements that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Identify, mobilize and manage teams of functional integration leaders (FIT Leaders) from both within and outside of the C&LCS organization, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and experience to ensure successful execution of the integration plans.
  • Resource Planning: Ensure availability and efficient use of resources (people, budget, equipment).
  • Risk Management: With FIT leaders, identify and mitigate potential risks associated with integrations, implementing strategies to minimize disruptions to business operations.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop operational performance metrics to measure the success of the integrations.
  • Monitor and Assess: Continuously monitor and assess the progress of the integrations and initiatives, adjusting as needed.
  • Communication and Reporting: Establish clear communication channels and reporting cadences to keep all relevant stakeholders informed about the progress of integration initiatives while addressing / elevating concerns and ensuring transparency.
  • Influence and partner with other departments to secure resources, streamline processes, and drive overall project success, fostering a culture of interdepartmental cooperation.
  • Post-Integration Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-integration, appropriately addressing any issues that may arise
  • Due diligence: Participate on selected high value due diligence activities, as required.

You Bring This Value:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field of study required.

Work Experience: 

  • Minimum of [10] years of work experience, with [5+] years in planning, evaluation, business or manufacturing.
  • Relevant experience in the project management, [plastic] recycling, petrochemical, or industrial fields preferred.
  • Experience in managing complex projects, including Project Management certification preferred.

 Critical Skills:

  • Highly proficient in PC skills, including Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint;  Microsoft Project preferred.
  • Fast thinker, quick learner, and team player are "must have" attributes.
  • Extraordinary focus on details, accuracy, and quality of work.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision and balance multiple projects.
  • Ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of integration best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills consistent with a client group including Senior Managers & Executives.
  • Strategic thinker, also able to perform tactical duties.
  • Ability to manage confidential material.
  • Leadership able to motive team fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork bringing people together and ensuring everyone works towards a common goal.
  • Organization and time management and able to juggling multiple tasks and keeping projects on track.
  • Flexibility with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen circumstances.
